Senior HR Manager
JOB OVERVIEW:
As the Senior HR Manager, you will play a key role in driving the human resources function within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and oversee HR strategies and policies that align with the company`s goals and promote a positive and productive work environment. You will lead a team of HR professionals and collaborate with senior management to support talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, and other HR-related functions. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of developing a culture that values employees and supports the company`s growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives and contribute to the company`s success.
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent. Develop innovative sourcing strategies and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Develop a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner. Implement policies and practices that promote positive employee relations.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems, including performance evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and goal setting, to drive employee development and productivity.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, create development programs, and coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and professional growth.
- Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with finance and senior management to develop competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
- Compliance and Legal: Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure the company`s HR practices and policies comply with all legal requirements.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and activities to foster a positive work culture and boost employee morale.
- HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, measure HR effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to enhance HR processes.
- Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the HR team, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively and contribute to the overall success of the department.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of overall experience with a proven experience in a senior HR management role, ideally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use HR data to inform decision-making.
- Proven track record of implementing HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
